What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

Will I receive an order confirmation once an order has been placed?

An order confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been successfully placed on our website.

Is the stock on hand and ready to be shipped?

Yes, the stock is on hand and ready to be shipped from the UK unless stated otherwise.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately due to security reasons, we do not take over the phone orders however feel free to send us a or call and let the advisor know what products you are interested in purchasing. They can then talk you through the process of placing your orders online.

When will my order be shipped?

Within 2 working days.

Can I change my online order?

As we are extremely fast at processing all our orders, we can only make changes to the order if it hasn't been packed.

Orders processing time?

Orders are processed and packed Monday-Friday, except for public holidays. Please be mindful that orders may experience longer processing and dispatching times during holidays, sales or peak periods.

Where is my order?

We understand just how excited you are to receive your new gear, which is why you can track your order online via the tracking number you receive after your order has been dispatched.

How quick do you respond to emails?

We try to answer every email as soon as possible and we will try to not let you wait more than 24 hours for a response. We take pride in our customer service.
